Who we are

When you fill in a quote or contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the type of system you are interested in, and your message.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the contents of your chat. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data (such as which pages you visit) to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, and prepare a quote. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We only share data with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, for example our email and hosting providers, and only so they can perform that work for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep a record of our work. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

We use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to measure how the site performs and to improve it. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
